Farm school classes are full and underway! Students are learning to produce incredible menus using local seasonal foods. Our gardens are fulfilling the dreams we planted with every magical seed.
In the future if you are looking for a cooking vacation or a fun farm and garden learning experience with friends or family, we have scheduled classes to fit your desires. View and download flyers and applications.

We have received the advance copy of our book Chefs on the Farm: Recipes and Inspiration from the Quillisascut Farm School of the Domestic Arts it is a joy to the eyes! Packed with beautiful photos by Harley Soltes, delightful stories by Shannon Borg, and delicious recipes by Kären Jurgensen. Published by Mountaineers Books, the book is due to be released in October of 2008 and I am sure you will want to purchase several copies to share with your family and friends. Summer is here and well on the way to the fall harvest of cheese. As the pasture turns to gold the milk condenses and the incredible flavors of late summer emerge.
